About Carifly

Carifly Ltd is a UK company building dealer-operations software for UK used-car dealers. The aim is simple: show where every vehicle is, what it has cost, and when it is ready for sale.

Why this exists

We believe dealers lose time and money when stock, preparation jobs and costs live in different places. We believe a vehicle’s record is easier to trust when it lives in one place. Carifly exists to bring that record together, from purchase to ready for sale.

The first stage follows one journey: a vehicle you have bought, through arrival and preparation, to internally ready. That focus keeps the record clear and the work in order.

What we are building

Carifly records the stock register, arrival checks, preparation jobs, itemised costs in pounds and pence, and the readiness decision for each vehicle. Every correction is kept as history. Nothing is silently overwritten.

Our principles shape each part of the product:

• Record what happened, with who did it and when.
• Keep each dealership’s data separate from every other dealership’s.
• Allow sign-in for named staff only, by named user and role.
• Say plainly what is not built yet, and mark it Coming soon.
